We work Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM CT and we're closed Sundays. Send your search after 5 PM on Saturday or on Sunday, and we usually start on it Monday. Send it on a Friday, and we usually send your list Saturday or Monday.

What happens next

  1. We sort out the details by text. We'll go over what you need in your next place.
  2. We send your list. You tap the hearts . Each heart tells us which apartments you want to see.
  3. We help set up tours and stay with you through them. It's worth touring in person. Photos don't always show everything. Each property makes its own call on approval.

Have these handy

  • Recent pay stubs or other proof of income.
  • Anything from the old lease, like a statement of what you owe, a payment plan, or a paid or settled letter.
  • The date you moved out of that place and where you’ve lived since.
